KaleidaCare has an agency-specific approach to implementing our technology solution. Once a contract is signed, an account manager from our team of Masters-Level Social Workers will be assigned to you as your ongoing KaleidaCare partner to assist you in working through the implementation process, outlined below:

Step 1

Identify key individuals for implementation and the ongoing partnership liaison

Step 2

Setup initial system and configuration options to meet your agency and program needs -configuring the database -determining features that will be implemented -setting reporting cycles

Step 3

Jointly develop a specific timeline with dates for implementation and training

Step 4

System Administrator will receive training (available through conference calls)

Step 5

Strategic Implementation planning that determines -base-line data requirements -map the current agency workflow process for client information and design the agency process and workflow to input client information into the Solutions system

Step 6

Generate Process Report Cycle Charts

Step 7

System Administrator enters key staff into system -establishes user information -configures toolkits; such as: treatment plans, and progress notes

Step 8

inalize database configuration list

Step 9

Database configuration is turned over to Account Manager

Step 10

Finalize implementation process and training dates

Step 11

Client information is entered (if needed prior to training)

Step 12

On-site Training for 1-2 days by KaleidaCare Account Management Team

Depending on the schedules of your staff, a standard implementation process normally takes anywhere from 45-120 days. A non-standard implementation, one that might include business practices re-engineering, testing and evaluation, customizations, etc, can take considerably longer.
